The Winnie Estelle is rated in Belize to carry 40 passengers either as a party boat, day charter or dive boat. She has been working a tourists boat in San Pedro, Belize for the past 11 years. She also makes off season charter cruises to the Rio Dulce in Guatemala as well as the remoter keys.

The Winnie Estelle is a classic island trader, rebuilt and recommissioned in 1990. She is safety inspected and licenced.
