Gamboa Rainforest Resort is located within the Soberania National
Park, 30 minutes away from Panama City on the Pacific Coast, and 30 minutes
from the Colon Free Zone on the Caribbean. It also lies along the banks
of the Chagres River and Gatun Lake, the main water sources for the Panama
Canal and part of Panama`s most precious assets. The Soberania National
Park is a tropical rainforest where a vast diversity of flora, mammals,
birds, insects and reptiles coexist in one of the world`s most complete
ecosystems.
