What you are purchasing;
• An original (one of a kind) pencil drawing.
• All of our original pieces are matted and ready to frame.
• Framing is optional at an additional charge.

Shipping Policy;
• We try to ship all orders within one week. Please contact us about rush orders.
• We ship all of our work via UPS, USPS, or FedEX (at our choice). All of our pieces are shipped insured for their full retail value.
• If there is any damage due to the shipment, please inform us immediately by phone or fax.

Ordering;
• Customers may now place orders via mail, fax, e-mail, telephone, or online.
• Customers may purchase using check, money order, or credit card.
• Please use our secure online order form or print the form and mail or fax it to us.

Return Policy;
• If an original is returned within 15 days (in excellent condition), I will refund the purchase price only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• The original art work must be returned shipping and insured paid. Any damage or loss of returned items becomes the customers responsibility.

We reserve all reproduction rights of all of our work. If anyone wishes to license a piece, purchase one time rights, or purchase specific rights, please feel free to contact us.
If for any reason an original is damaged, the artist will be available to repair it for a nominal charge.
