• How do I buy the picture I like?
Ordering;
The link below will take you take you to a picture selection page. Locate the picture you wish to purchase and click on the word "purchase". You will then be taken to a secure page showing you the picture you selected, the price and matted size. You then need to fill out the form completely.
Customers may now place orders via mail, fax, e-mail, telephone, or online.

• How do I order a pet portrait?
Print out the pet portrait price request form and send it with the breed,Eye color and photographs to the address on the form to get the price for the exact pet portrait you desire.

You will not pay for your portrait until the photos are viewed by the artist and both of of you are in complete sync as to how you want to see your pet drawn.

Yes. We have created an order form that you can print and fill out off-line. Then you may mail or fax it to us with your payment.

• How will I get my art work?
Shipping Policy;
We try to ship all orders within one week. Please contact us about rush orders.
We ship all of our work via UPS, USPS, or FedEX (at our choice). All of our pieces are expertly packaged and shipped insured for their full retail value.
If there is any damage due to the shipment, please inform us immediately by phone or fax.

• What happens if the picture is damaged?
If the picture is damaged during shipment you must;
1. Save the box and all of the packaging.
2. Contact the shipping company immediately and file a claim. We will work with the shipping company once you have filed the claim.
3. Contact our office immediately.

• What if I do not like the picture?
Return Policy;
If an original is returned within 15 days (in excellent condition), I will refund the purchase price only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The original art work must be returned shipping and insured paid. Any damage or loss of returned items becomes the customers responsibility.

• Are these pencil drawings as durable as paintings?
What you are purchasing;
n original (one of a kind) pencil drawing.
These colored pencil drawing are very durable when framed properly, but are susceptible to smudging if handled improperly. We suggest using a frame with glass.
All of our original pieces are matted and ready to frame.
Framing is optional at an additional charge.
